So, you think you know everything about great starts and turns?
Yes, Starts and Turns of four strokes are tough techniques to master, but our guest coaches will help you break it down and build it back up! Elite swimmers Cameron Hood (Captain of University of Pennsylvania 2012; 8 time Ivy League Championship finalist; Division 1 Academic All American Honorable mention and 2009 World Championship Trials qualifier); Meg Hutchinson (Captain of New York Athletic Club Women’s Team, represented University of Virginia in 4 consecutive ACC Championship winning teams, National Qualifier in 100, 200 backstroke, 200 IM, 200 freestyle) and Athena Liao, (National qualifier in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, represented Yale in the 2012 Olympic Trials, First Team All-Ivy Honors) will show you the techniques to help you improve these critical techniques.
