Swim Strong Olympic Bootcamp with Lia Neal

Swim Strong Foundation was proud and excited to feature Olympian Lia Neal as our guest coach for our freestyle bootcamp yesterday.  The Bushwick HS pool was full of competitive swimmers eager to improve their skills; learn new drills and be motivated by Lia as she shared her story with us.   Our thanks to her Mom, Sui Neal, for speaking to our parents about their families journey with Lia.   The event was concluded with a free swim lesson for members of the community.  Something great for everyone!
